Location is fantastic: Into Paris, in the 11e arrondissement (11th discthic) neighborhood, between République and Pere Lachaise cemetery. Appart from the tourist flow but well know by local for its must go restaurants, bars, cafés, groceries and boutiques. This area is perfectly located to explore the city, explore “la vie à la parisienne” with good transport connections to access all main tourist points. Nearest metro stop is « Saint Ambroise », line 9 (4 minutes walk to the place) This flat is on 6th and top floor of a secured building (code + intercom). It is 70 sqm (755 square feet) with a beautiful herringbone wooden floor. Passionate about decoration in a less-is-more style to make it as spacious as possible with a touch of vintage French, Nordic and some flavors of Japanese influence The place is well organized with perfect layout, fully equipped: kitchen, dinning place, living, dedicated desk, double bedroom and Bathroom with sink, separated toilets. Here is the apartment with more details: The kitchen is composed by stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, table and all crockery that you need during your stay. Living has a large and confortable sofa, a wooden armchair, TV with international channels (box tv via Internet). Next to the living, a dedicated desk for working. Wifi ok! Also, a large and confortable double bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200cm) and cupboard. Bathroom has a bathtub, sink, hair blower. At last, separated toilets with sink. ￫ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and ironing equipment Guests have access to the entire flat.
